  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Time

  • Major cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary during sales, holidays, or due to courier delays.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard delivery charges are calculated at checkout.
  • Free shipping may be available on selected products or promotional offers.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery all over Pakistan.

Please ensure your contact number and address are correct to avoid delivery issues.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you may receive a tracking ID through SMS or email (if applicable).

Failed Deliveries

If a customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt re-delivery or contact the customer for confirmation.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures of the product.
